Our design and manufacturing process

A collaborative approach in which you can participate at every stage, from design to manufacture, to obtain an occlusal plate perfectly adapted to your patient.

1. Receipt of impressions

Upon receipt, your patient's impressions, models or clinical information are carefully analyzed. We check the quality of the impressions, the anatomical landmarks and all the information required to produce the prosthesis. This stage ensures a solid foundation for manufacturing a precise, well-adapted prosthesis.

2. Case analysis

Before manufacturing, we carry out a complete analysis of the case in order to respect your clinical indications and the patient's needs.
In particular, we take into account:

  • the vertical dimension and the intermaxillary relationship,
  • the midline and the occlusal plane,
  • lip support and the shape of the ridges,
  • smile esthetics and tooth selection according to your prescription.

3. Model fabrication

The working models are poured and prepared with precision in order to faithfully reproduce the patient's anatomy. This stage provides a stable, precise working base for producing the prosthesis.

4. Teeth setup

The teeth are selected and positioned according to the patient's functional and esthetic parameters, with particular attention paid to smile esthetics, phonetics, tissue support, occlusion and facial harmony.
The setup is carried out in accordance with your clinical indications in order to obtain a natural, functional result.

5. Clinical try-in

Before final processing, a clinical try-in is carried out to validate the setup. This stage allows us to check esthetics, vertical dimension, occlusion, phonetics and patient comfort. Any necessary adjustments can be made before final manufacturing.

6. Processing, finishing and validation

Once the setup has been approved, the prosthesis is processed using conventional methods. After polymerization, we finish and polish it, paying particular attention to fit, occlusion, esthetics, comfort, surface quality and the natural appearance of the prosthesis. Each prosthesis is crafted with care to achieve a clean, durable and comfortable finish for the patient.
Finally, the prosthesis is carefully inspected to verify that it complies with your prescription. If necessary, we make the required adjustments, and every case undergoes rigorous quality control before delivery.
