Our design and manufacturing process

A collaborative approach in which you can participate at every stage, from design to manufacture, to obtain an occlusal plate perfectly adapted to your patient.

1. Reception and digitization of the dental impression

Upon receipt, your patient's impression is digitized using our very high-density measurement scanner. The dental arches and articulation are thus accurately imported into our Computer-Aided Design software for complex mixed work planning.

We accept both physical and digital impressions (all file types generated by an intraoral digitizer).

2. 3D modeling

The patient's dental arch and oral anatomy are then accurately modeled.
Our state-of-the-art CAD software, equipped with a high-precision articulator, enables you to :

  • To define optimal integration of fixed and removable elements,
  • Harmonious occlusal adjustment between different components,
  • Optimization of overall aesthetics and functionality.

3. Approval

Before implementing the mixed work, we share the complete 3D modeling with you. You can provide your comments and feedback or approve the result.

4. Mixed work implementation

Once the 3D modeling is approved, we proceed with manufacturing the different elements of the mixed work, combining fixed and removable techniques according to your prescriptions.
The resulting mixed work offers the patient a complete solution combining aesthetics, functionality and comfort, with harmonious integration of the different elements.

5. Assembly and finishing

The different components of the mixed work are assembled with precision and benefit from careful finishing to guarantee optimal results.

6. Adjustments and validation

Finally, we check the entire mixed work on the patient model to validate the perfect integration of all elements.
If necessary, we make adjustments to ensure the product exactly matches your prescription and your patient's needs.
