Our design and manufacturing process

A collaborative approach in which you can participate at every stage, from design to manufacture, to obtain an occlusal plate perfectly adapted to your patient.

1. Reception and digitization of the dental impression

Upon receipt, your patient's impressions, models or digital files are analyzed and integrated into our digital workflow. This stage allows us to accurately reproduce the edentulous arches, anatomical landmarks, occlusion, vertical dimension and the information required to design the complete denture.

We accept both physical and digital impressions (all file types generated by an intraoral digitizer).

2. 3D modeling

The patient's dental arch and oral anatomy are then accurately modeled.
Our state-of-the-art CAD software, equipped with a high-precision articulator, enables you to :

  • Respecting the vertical dimension, the intermaxillary relationship and the occlusal plane,
  • Precise tooth positioning and occlusion optimization,
  • Good lip support and harmonious smile esthetics,
  • Adapting the denture base to the tissues according to the shape of the ridges.

3. Approval

Before the complete denture is manufactured, we share the 3D model of the case with you. You can then check the setup, esthetics, occlusion and important details before giving your approval. This stage allows for better communication between the clinic and the laboratory, while reducing the risk of errors before final manufacturing.

4. Printing or milling the complete denture

Once the design has been approved, the complete denture is manufactured using the appropriate digital process. Depending on the case and your preferences, the denture can be 3D-printed or milled from materials suited to removable prosthetics.
Digital manufacturing produces a precise, stable and reproducible denture base, while ensuring a functional, esthetic and comfortable result for the patient.

5. Finishing and polishing

After manufacturing, the complete denture is carefully checked, adjusted and polished. Particular attention is paid to the fit of the base, occlusion, esthetics, comfort, surface finish and the natural appearance of the denture. Each denture is crafted with care to achieve a clean, smooth and pleasant finish for the patient.

6. Adjustments and validation

Finally, the complete denture is validated on a model or according to the available digital data, in order to verify the fit, occlusion and compliance with your prescription.
If necessary, we make adjustments to ensure the product exactly matches your prescription and your patient's needs.
